My career has taken me through publishing, film, healthcare and customer service, but throughout these roles the focus has remained the same: organising information, supporting people and delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Although these sectors are diverse, they share common themes of communication, organisation, attention to detail and collaboration. Whether maintaining complex databases, supporting patients, assisting customers or contributing to cultural organisations, I have developed a flexible approach, the ability to build positive working relationships and a commitment to delivering a reliable service.
Alongside my career, I completed formal counselling training to strengthen my person-centred communication, active listening and interpersonal skills. These skills have complemented my professional experience and enhanced the way I work with colleagues, clients and the public.
